I'm a front-end developer in Nashville with six years building production web apps in React, TypeScript, and .NET.
Before writing a line of code, I spent years working with people in ways that required real listening — as a foreign language learner, a caregiver, and a professional organizer. Helping someone well means understanding what they actually need — and that instinct still shapes how I build software.
Since 2020 I've been an application developer, building React + TypeScript interfaces that internal teams use every day. I own UI/UX decisions end-to-end, design the C#/.NET Core APIs behind them, and keep releases reliable with CI/CD and a solid Vitest / React Testing Library suite. I also mentor junior developers and review code across the team — including AI-assisted code, since Claude Code and Claude are now part of my daily workflow.
I'm most interested in work where thoughtful engineering meets real human impact — maintainable code, reliable releases, and tools that genuinely save people time. (Also: fluent in French, if your codebase needs it.)
I build and ship React + TypeScript interfaces used daily by internal teams — owning UI/UX end-to-end, component architecture, and server-state management with React Query. I delivered two applications from the ground up: a billing reconciliation tool and an inventory management system, both backed by a library of reusable shared components.
On the back end, I design and deploy scalable RESTful APIs in C#/.NET Core powering core business workflows across multiple integrated systems, and ship features through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines as part of a regular, reliable release cadence.
I write front-end tests with Vitest and React Testing Library to safeguard UI behavior and support confident refactoring, and apply secure data-handling practices to meet HIPAA compliance in a healthcare-technology environment.
I've mentored two junior developers through onboarding and code review, and review code across the team regardless of author — including senior engineers' and AI-assisted code. I've also integrated AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Claude into my daily workflow, speeding feature delivery and catching issues earlier in the development cycle.
Built a custom product-catalog tracking workflow from scratch — reducing ordering time and eliminating recurring budget overruns. Managed purchasing across online and in-person vendors, coordinated in-person product delivery with the wider team, and maintained inventory to support timely reordering.
Managed timelines, resourcing, and client reporting across concurrent engagements using Basecamp and Harvest.
Managed full-time childcare, including daily schedules, transportation, and coordination with parents. Handled household responsibilities including grocery shopping, cleaning, and pet care, keeping the household running smoothly.
Provided full-time in-home care for a woman in her nineties, managing medications, coordinating medical appointments, and organizing visits with care providers. Balanced day-to-day caregiving responsibilities with scheduling and logistics across multiple providers.
An in-progress redesign of my Travel Keeper capstone, rebuilt with a UI/UX-first approach and a stronger technical foundation. Currently in the design and planning phase.
